I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 25 years’ experience.  As a dedicated clinician, the heart of my work is counseling individuals, couples and families.  My services include short and long term therapy, as well as assessments and referrals. Until recently, I served eight years as assistant director of Stanford University’s Internal Employee Assistance Program. I continue to work for Stanford University as a clinician and conducting workshops.

I am also a consultant to various groups and organizations providing trainings, seminars and workshops. As a former NFL Players Assistance Clinician, I continue to provide services to athletes and their families.

I view myself as an eclectic therapist utilizing various techniques to meet an individual’s needs.  Some of the theories I utilize include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Adlerian Therapy and Systems Focused Therapies. Particular interests and expertise include individuals impacted by anxiety, depression, substance use and addiction, PTSD and relationship challenges.

I also mentor and supervise Marriage and Family Interns, which I value and enjoy as it gives me an opportunity to share my knowledge with others.
